'The stay was okay; however, the first room provided had significant issues with humidity and cleanliness. They moved us to another room that was better in terms of structure and appearance; however, it was not well cleaned. Every time we walked in, a ball of hair came from the rug. However, the service was very good.'

'I stayed with 3 girlfriends overnight in two separate rooms and we all loved our time at The Moran! From the valet attendant to the staff during check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly and helpful. During the check-in process, we asked if they could put us all on the same floor and they immediately accommodated our request. The bed linens were divine!
