I’m sooo upset tonight beyond angry, when we set up our reservation for New Year Eve/ New Year was with the intention to come a see fireworks and a celebration activity. I called to confirm that they would have something going on bc I was bring my special needs family paid extra to have the view almost 1k for NOTHING ACTIVITIES NOTHING FIREWORKS NOTHING NOTHING NADA…. If you want to do a celebration you have to pay an extra for end of the year celebration at the hotel we are a family of 6 there’s no way I can afford that. I already paid way more than what I should off. This year was a hard yr for us and I just wanted to go out and give my family some happiness for a harder year to come and this hotel has done us wrong I have failed to give my family anything. I’m so mad bc I called and confirmed, when I called the lady who answered the phone said there would be a celebration in the courtyard that is why we paid extra for the view. And when we arrived the gentleman said no there will be nothing going on , but you pay extra to go to hotel celebration. Please don’t come here where they twist the words to convince and is not worth money to be in your room frustrated with nothing to but watch tv bc there’s nothing open nor anything going on outside everyone is just playing soccer or walking around.
