Kind words and explanations were thoroughly given of the towels we used and the property manager still threatened us with taking two towels. If we wanted more towels at our home, we would buy new ones! The description was accurate, comments from other reviews were accurate as it was really warm in one room but the other bedroom was cold. So many pillows that you couldn't move around in the bedrooms and the carpets were...
