Cottages in Westmeath

'Vorige week 3 nachten in het koetshuis verbleven. Toen we aankwamen was men verbaasd, ze hadden ons niet verwacht. We waren een van de eerste die geboekt hadden via vrbo (eerder altijd alleen via een andere site). Er was het weekend een bruikoft geweest en de laatste gasten waren die ochtend vertrokken. Sue bood haar verontschuldigen aan en ging zo anwl mogelijk iemand regelen om te komen poetsen. Ze zou ons bellen als het koetshuis klaar was. Na ongeveer 2-3- uur belde zij en konden we...

'Cute cottage near town. Very warm and had all the things requiered for a pleasant stay. As there were 5 of us the single bathroom did require some organizing of who had it and when otherwise fine. A suggestion would be to have the clothes dryer in the kitchen next to the washing machine for convenience, and perhaps a second oven tray that fits into the rackng. We stayed 3 weeks and it was very pleasant. '

'This was the perfect accommodation for a 3 generation family. The welcome basket was a good example of the thoughtful management. We also chose to have a home cooked meal provided on our first night of arrival which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel.'

'Nora’s Cottage is amazing, with hosts Sinead and Vincent beyond par. From the moment we were welcomed, to the minute we left, our stay at Nora’s Cottage was a highlight of our Ireland holiday. 'We loved the ruralness of the property but also the close proxmity to Roosky for shops and local bars. The property itself was very clean and well presented with everything provided that we could possibly need or want.We felt conpletely at home. The cottage was very homely. We loved our cow neighbours too! We would definately book this cottage again if we were n the area. '
