'This is a wonderful hotel! Excellent service, room was immaculate, stylish and excellent linens and amenities, the restaurant is stylish and good breakfast with a view of the river, I used the Valet service which was spot on, would definitely stay there again.'

Doug at Edgewood restaurant and lounge definitely went the extra mile. The rooms were cozy, just wish there was more storage space. 'Didn’t like the housekeeping and front desk support. Stayed there for 2 nights and when entered inside found the floor having leftover stuffs and uncleaned entire apartment floor. They also had left one hoodie in the kitchen counter. When called after checkin the hotel room, they said they can’t send housekeeping service because it was late at night around 11am which I understand but they didn’t help in getting that cleaned throughout our stay for 2 nights. 'During my 3-night stay there was no turn down or housekeeping service. I had to call down for fresh towels. There was no bell boy to help with my luggage, and to make matters worse, they charged me $20 for parking everyday even though I didn’t request it, nor did I have a car. And there was also a random $38 charge for “refreshments” and when I explained I hadn’t taken anything from the minibar they said it was for using their chargers.
