'Everything was great except we were anticipating have hotel pool access and did not. We had access to the smaller, timeshare pool, but would have liked access to the larger pool. However, it was still a great time. '

I will focus however on more critical things like heating and communication with the facility management. The heating didn't work. The staff and the host were reaponsive to text and sent someone over to check it who couldn't fix the problem. They never followed back and I had to keep nagging them to provide an update. 'We love this place and call it our secret hideaway. It has a fireplace, is well appointed with dishes, sink, microwave and mini fridge with freezer; assigned parking is a bonus And dogs are welcome. Super easy automatic check-in and out, walking distance to the beach, walking and hiking trails, a ciffee shop, Mexican food take-out and Heavenly Gondola. Shhh.. don't tell anyone. We wish to keep this place all to ourselves.'
