« Generally clean but there was a dirty comforter on one of the beds the owner replaced quickly after being notified. Parking spots are very tight and when we left the property at the conclusion of our stay, we found that someone had splashed some type of substance on the left front end of our vehicle. No damage, but unimpressed none the lessProperty is in a pretty good location for beach access but also right off the main road through town so it can be a little noisy if there is traffic. « Good neighborhood; walkable (if you do hills) to great little grocer and restaurant as well as neighborhood park. Minutes into downtown or campus. Very clean. Linens are nice bed is only so so..which is a tad bit disappointing given how great everything else is! Have stayed twice..more comfortable when husband was with me..entrance a bit dark at night. »

« Some cleaning misses: 3rd drawer down in kitchen and behind the couch and scattered areas of the carpet. Heavy comforters too much for old ladies. A few extra blankets would have helped. Right kitchen sink drained slowly and the freezer couldn’t get ice cream above soft serve. Needs a better selection of nonstick pans or better scrubbing utensils. Great Location!! Thanks. »

« We love staying at this property. The sound of the waves crashing lull us to sleep each night. The beach and historic Nye Beach shops are right at our doorstep. The room was clean, bed comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. »
