'This was a great property. Conveniently located in downton Yardley. Everything was in working order. The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. The nights spent there were filled with game playing , dinners out and much needed family time. '

'The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

'This place was great for me and my son to stay. It is close to historic downtown and convenient to all we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive for which we were grateful. I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. Lovely deck in the back was an added bonus space. The remodeling done in this classic Philly row home is classy and tasteful. Our dog felt right at home as well.
