'Walking into the property was picturesque. The cottages have pretty landscaping, the architecture and weathered shake shingles say welcome to New England and when you get a view of the ocean you know you found a beautiful spot to spend time. The Whale Cottage did need minor repairs and why I did not rate it 5 stars. The large oceanfront window would not lock or close tightly and the front screen door was secured with white duct tape. The bed is super comfortable, the living space is well...

'The view was breathe taking and the space was small yet comforting. The little label reminders were very helpful. The suggestion for things to were great. Wish week had more time to try the different places. Was an overall amazing stay would stay again.'

'The property was perfect for us! It was clean and cozy, exactly as described. Close to the water and centrally located on the Cape, we had an excellent week of vacation. Janet’s instructions and communication were spot on. The home was comfortable and very conducive to easy living and relaxation. We had a great time and look forward to returning. '
