'This hotel is awesome and feels like a true resort. It is well maintained and the staff was attentive. Our room was clean and ready to check in upon our arrival. Loved the general hotel amenities, the destination fee perks, and the location! Would stay here again in a heartbeat when in the area! No photos captured of the hotel alone (just family photos) but I did feel as though the pictures provided on the website were accurate.'

'No room key available for me when I arrived had to wait on staff to let me back in my room the first night. Also I was told I would be paying a $175 deposit upon my arrival at check-in because my trip was already prepaid. Didn't get a refund 2 days after checking out. Called the hotel and they informed me that my stay was not prepaid and that the $175 was actually for the two nights I was staying and that they don't take deposits. So I'm not sure why. 'Booked a room months in advance with so-called "island view", only got a room with view on trees, room was dark and no view. Requested another room from reception , which was not possible due to a fully booked hotel, refund of my booking was denied and was charged fully for 2 nights!! Also found out that the facility is actually a time sharing facility!!'

'This place was super clean. Everyone was super friendly great pool and hot tub area. The beds are so comfortable really, I could go on and on about how nice this place was definitely a great place oh and let me not forget I was getting on a plane the next day after being in the keys for a whole week so I had a whole load of laundry to do and I was able to do my laundry and put my stuff back in my suitcase clean that was amazing overall, I definitely give this place five stars'
