« We had a great experience and a wonderful vacation. The house is located close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in the Atlantic Ave. district. The house is well maintained and clean. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. This 3 bedroom/2 bath house was perfect for our family. We definitely would stay there again when we return to Delray Beach. »

« Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient) »

« DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Would give zero stars if possible. We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund...

« Cute house, great location, host was wonderful! Please ask host if Air-conditioning has been fixed before booking in the summer, it wasn't working very well during the day, though the host sent someone out to check on it for us. Also note there is a long-term renter in an attached building, you share the pool and patio, and there is no swimming after 10pm. »

« Had two families with six kids aged 7-16, house worked very well for us. True rental house in a good way, made the whole trip easy. My wife said "Give it 5 stars, these people thought of everything!!!" »

« House was clean and fresh. The owner, Bob, is very responsive and really has everything organized and ready for his guest. The carport is a nice addition, especially when you get caught in the rain. We drove in with a 4door Jeep Wrangler, and that’s probably the biggest car you could use to get in and out comfortably, due to the tight alleyway access. « We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront home! The backyard was huge, had beautiful views, good fishing, a pool, and had plenty of places to sit back and relax. We enjoyed watching the wildlife each morning, especially the “iguana parade.”The house itself was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated in a modern style.
