- Experience the delights of boating, kayaking, and an array of water sports in the serene comfort of your own backyard. Our private boat dock and boat slip open up boundless possibilities for aquatic enjoyment, and we offer complimentary kayaks for your pleasure. For a fun day on the water, guests may also enjoy jetskiing and other water sports on the lake. However, please note that we do not provide or rent out jetskis or other watercraft—only our 11-passenger pontoon boat is available for rent, by advance reservation only and subject to availability.

A gazebo with a table and chairs offers the perfect spot for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The pool is maintained using state-of-the-art saltwater technology with a salt-chlorine generator, providing a gentler, more skin-friendly alternative to traditional chlorine systems.

For added comfort, heating may be added to your reservation:

The pool will be heated up to a comfortable 86°F throughout the day, and the hot tub can be set to your preferred temperature (up to 104°F) and is available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
• Hot Tub Only Option (Summer: May – October) – $35+tx/night
Heat the hot tub only, available daily 3 PM – 10 PM.
Heating is optional and must be prepaid for the full duration of the stay. If not selected, the pool remains at natural temperature and the hot tub will not be activated.

This home features 5 well-appointed bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, including 3 master suites with private en-suite baths. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway.

It is the guest’s responsibility to review the bedroom configurations carefully to ensure they are suitable for their group. No additional beds will be provided beyond what is shown or described in the listing.

Guest Count & Visitors
Only the guests listed on your reservation may be on the property, whether staying overnight or visiting for the day. The home accommodates a maximum of 14 people at any time. Your booking includes up to 10 guests; each additional guest beyond 10 (up to the 14-person limit) is $30 per person, per night. Please provide an accurate guest count when you book so we can prepare the home for you.
Parking
We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please plan accordingly.
Arrival & Departure
Check-in and check-out times help us keep the home ready and sparkling for every guest. Please follow the times listed in your reservation.
Pets
Furry friends are welcome with prior approval—just let us know in advance.
Smoking & Substances
Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and illegal substances are never allowed on the property.
Neighborhood Courtesy
This is a peaceful residential area. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, so everyone—including our neighbors—can relax.
