Guests will have access to the entire private home. Parking is available on-site, and self check-in is provided for a smooth and convenient arrival. Guests can enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces throughout their stay while being close to Historic Northwood, the Intracoastal, downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, beaches, restaurants, shops, and local attractions.

🐾 Pets: Planning to bring a pet? Please let us know before booking or before arrival. Pets may be considered with advance approval. A $200 refundable pet deposit is required and will be returned after checkout as long as there is no damage or additional deep cleaning needed. Undeclared pets are not permitted.

🚭 No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $250 fee may apply for violations.

⏰ Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and standard checkout is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available depending on availability and housekeeping schedule. Fees typically start at $50 and may vary depending on the number of hours requested.
