'First off the elevators did not function. Not a single elevator was in working order. Would not have booked a room if I had known. Second, the front desk gave someone a key to our room as we were sleeping. Two people entered as we were asleep, this startled us from our slumber. The front desk acted as if it was not a big deal or a real issue . I believe it is a big deal and a problem, either the front desk is inept or part of a criminal group stealing possessions. 'I want to start by saying the location and price of Sylvan Lake quiet place was excellent. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Also, our host was great about responding and answering questions when we had them. The cons for the trip were lack of organization in the house and cleaning supplies. We really struggled to find things in the kitchen to cook and eat with. Near the end of our stay we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
