'This hotel has been to hell and back. We come here regularly and even brought my family here in July in seven rooms. The new owners have been updating the hotel and we can see the improvements every time we come. The staff is wonderful and really try to make our stay enjoyable. '

'We only stayed for one night for my husband’s birthday and wished we could stay longer. Excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, lake. A lot of restaurants are short staffed, so try to be patient. Super convenient Biggby location right there. Staff was friendly and informative. Clean rooms, vending machines onsite, books and games in the lobby. I guess my only disappointment was that the balcony was not private, it was just a standard long balcony for all rooms, not...
