'Enjoyed a 2 nite stay here while attending CATF theatre festival in Shepherdstown. Enjoyed the outdoor hottub after biking on C&O Canal towpath, and fantastic country breakfasts. Views to the west over Antietam battlefields are spectacular! Hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, including the talking parrot! '

'My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. 'My wife and I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay at this B&B! It is cute spacious up to date and clean. Mr Boose is very much the host and the breakfasts were 5 star! We were about a mile from the Frederick MD historic and shopping district. We would not hesitate to stay there again if we need overnight accomodations in Frederick!'
