'We stayed as a group of five, but the room was not properly prepared for the number of guests. There was no blanket for the fifth person, and only two bath towels were provided. The bathroom door also could not be locked, which was a major privacy concern. When we reported it, the front desk told us that all bathroom doors are intentionally kept this way to prevent guests from locking themselves in, which was surprising and disappointed.
