'The apartment was sooo cute and cozy for sure. It does need a few things. The dishes was in the dishwasher when we got there. The shower head needs changed, there is no water pressure. The dishwasher, washer and shower needs a really good deep clean. There floor needs swept, n mopped. The shower door needs repaired it makes a noose like it’s about to fall and brake. I don’t like to leave a bad review. But as a business owner I do like the input so we can fix things that needs attention. Other...

'This was a beautiful apartment. It was on the third floor of an apartment complex, which gave us many opportunities to get our exercise in for the day. It had a nice balcony to relax and take in the nice weather. The apartment was very roomy and had a washer and dryer. Francine was always available to reply to any questions or problems. Nice place and would recommend it!'

'Pros: The room was great and very clean, with a nice large bathroom and large bed with closet and microwave/coffeemaker. Cons: The host never responded to my messages. Also, I don't know if it was the host or another guest, but the part of the home that was unavailable due to host restrictions had SO MUCH NOISE. The night of 5/8/26 at 4am woke me and my friend up and kept us up for an hour. Overall it was a decent stay, but I don't see myself returning to Cozy Studio Min.'

'Overall I was very satisfied and thought it was a great little studio for a working professional. My one complaint, and communicated to the property owner, was the window AC unit filter was extremely dirty. Didn't impact it working, but not a good look. She was responsive, though I didn't request action as I just cleaned myself. Pic is of bathroom exhaust that gives a idea of AC. Given it's a small space, would've been nice to have a mini ironing board and iron.Would easily stay here again and...
