'I didn't even stay there because the woman on the phone was so rude. I called to see if I could cancel because our plans changed and we were offered a closer option with much less driving involved for the last stage of our trip. At first, she just answered the phone like it was her house and didn't even seem to recognize my reservation. When she finally found it, she said oh yes, the room is ready and waiting for you. I will charge you full price if you cancel now. I thought she was mistaken...

'Had the most wonderful time. The lake house itself is beautiful and the property is on a beautiful lake front with views and docks. We had an amazing meal for dinner and enjoyed a band on the stage infront of the water in the evening. We were allowed to use the lodges kayaks for free and enjoyed a magical sunset paddle on the lake while the band played.
