Flats in Wellington

'Terrible- first time ever posting a review, but I feel like it needs to be said. NOT as advertised. Showed up and the place was dark and no where to park, did not feel safe. Immediately contacted both VRBO and the host asking for a refund. Stayed at hotel a few miles away. Three weeks later still no response from either VRBO or the host. '

'Host was quick to respond and allowed late check out!'

'Marilyn is an amazing host. Property was beautiful as described. Cozy little unit with bright decor and a location that can’t be beat. We’ll be back!'

'I took pictures when we got there and things were not what the pictures on site said to be . The TV is not secure to the wall and the legs under the bed was not screwed into the bed right and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling .the doors to patio were not closed correctly but we fixed those so it would be safe . '

'It was good to find a place that accepted our 2 dogs, as we had to evacuate our home due to hurricane Milton. '

'Unfortunately, this property was totally unacceptable and we had to move out after one day. We had selected it because it said there was a washer/dryer--in the past, that has always meant in the unit (and we have rented many). The washer/dryer were in a dirty shed in the backyard that required payment. The rental unit itself was incredibly noisy--it faces a busy street and the AC units were deafening. We hardly slept. There were several things broken (like a door). Prior ratings were "5" and we...

'My husband & I had a fun & relaxing 1 month stay at the luxury condo & the surrounding area. The building was quiet, clean & well maintained. The condo itself was clean & well stocked with all the essentials we needed. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Our host was welcoming, responsive & courteous. Theres an outdoor rooftop pool thats a very relaxing area just to sit & enjoy the sunshine while taking in the view. There was some construction going on with some early morning noise, but not too...

'Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The layout made great use of the space, and the location couldn't have been better. The hosts were wonderful and made everything easy. The room itself was cool, bright, airy, and somehow still felt incredibly cozy. The bed was so comfortable, and the bedding was some of the best we've slept in while traveling.Everything about our stay exceeded our...

'This was the worst place I ever rented. BEWARE they call you a few hours before your trip starts to tell you the unit isn’t available then with no other option switch you into a hell hole of a place that windows and doors didn’t even lock in a bad neighborhood only to say you have to wait till the following day to get help. Now we’re fighting to get our money back we left and booked a hotel I wouldn’t even feel safe letting my dogs stay there. No contact since I requested a refund. '

'The beach queen unit is both immaculate & beautifully appointed. I highly recommend this unit if you are looking for a cozy, decorator inspired unit with charm. '

'I had an excellent experience working with this property management company. They were professional, responsive, and made the entire renting process seamless from start to finish. Everything was handled efficiently, and they truly went above and beyond to make sure things worked out smoothly. I would highly recommend to other travelers !'

'Nice and clean rental. A little disappointed that we did not get the room that is shown on the website but it worked for what we needed.'

'Our stay was incredible! Quick staycation for us, but the place was perfect. The pool area was very enjoyable, apartment is clean and stocked with everything you’d need. Beautifully decorated and communication with host was great. Would definitely stay again.'

'The inside looks exactly like the pictures, and the host always replied to my messages. However, we did have a few issues. The fenced yard was messy with chairs and cushions all over, and there were 2 areas where the pavers were sinking into the ground. We did need our sheets changed due to sand-like material on the pillow and sheet. The AC was leaking, so we had to put a pan under it and continuously change it. Finally, the guests upstairs were walking around, dropping things and moving things...

'Very nice place'
