'This place was immaculate. I am a clean freak. It was stocked with everything we needed. Clean sheets/towels, kitchen basics, etc. Check in was a breeze. Communication was excellent. I loved the attention to detail and decorative motif. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t use the fire pit, it was a nice addition. Outdoor space very was clean and neat. Even though not directly on the beach, access to water was approximately 200 yards downhill. No real beach there per se, but...

' Came with my husband, daughter and her BF because my son and his family rented a cottage a few streets away and we all have dogs so needed the space. The home is lovely. Comfortably designed with multiple living spaces so you can have more than 1 movie or tv show playing in the evening or on a rainy afternoon. Small deck to kick back on and grill up a steak. Modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare food. (Bring your own condiments but it has a nice spice rack!) King size bed in 1...

'Great location. Central to state parks, keuka lakes, canadaigua lake. Easy to find local tours to pick you up (Keuka Lake Experience, Bob Knapp). Home was clean, easy to locate. Well furnished to be able to rat at home. But close enough to eat local (Blue Eagle). Realy enjoyed ourselfs! Only feedback is bed is a bit firm. Pretty small concern. Will definetly go back.'

'We loved this property! It had perfect lake access, we brought our boat so it was wonderful to have a dock slip to keep it! We enjoyed the paddle boards and just hanging out on the deck swimming and enjoying the beautiful view! We made most of our meals in and there was everything we needed to prepare them. We also enjoyed the location to all the wineries and Pen Yan to get a morning coffee and groceries! The house was clean and taken care of, we would definitely stay here again!-Christine &...

'My husband, son, and o stayed here for the third time this week. As always, it was clean and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside near the water or inside playing with the games provided. We will be back again!'

'We used the property mostly for extra housing for family, so we did not take full advantage of the amenities. The property was nice. We are new to VRBO, so we did not realize that we would need to supply our own towels and linens. There was no a/c, Wi-Fi, or other electronics. This lack did not pose a problem. The days were warm, but the fans cooled off the bedrooms nicely. Overall, we would rent the property again should the family need arise.'

'Enjoyed everything. The only thing I would say is that parking is a little tight.We have a a Nissan Frontier crew cab and it took a little maneuvering to get in and out.'

'We visited for a couple of days for a concert with our teenage daughter and her friends. The yard and living area were perfect for our little group. The lake and beach area were within walking distance. The distance to the CMAC was minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!'
