« Need microwaves in the rooms because there's no microwaves in the room makes it harder to bring stuff to eat »

« We stayed for 12 days and had a very pleasant experience. The double-queen room was spacious and equipped with a coffee maker and microwave. Breakfast was typical American fare, but perfectly fine. Free coffee was available all day, and there was plenty of free parking. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked nice. Overall, a good place to stay! »

« I was given the wrong room type. When i called the front desk they told me that was the only room available. I checked in at check in time so was not after hours when other people were already in rooms. So was not able to switch rooms. There was alot of hair on the sheets. Shower looked to have dirt or mold in the grout. The carpet must be super dirty....When i got in the shower there was black that came off my feet, That grossed me out, i wore shoes rest of stay in the room. Good things- room...

« My daughter stayed here while she was in town visiting. They enjoyed the place and the views from the balcony to watch the different fireworks shows are Des Moines. »

« Clean home, comfortable and practical furnishings for large family. 3 bathrooms was so nice. Lots of towels for us to use. Basement was so nice for teens and young adults to hang out. Hot tub was enjoyed as was the large deck. Communication with host was easy and got quick responses to questions. »

« The place was in a very nice neighborhood, and the property matched the listing to a tee. Communication with Matt was timely and we had an excellent experience. Highly recommend. »
