The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. 'House was amazing decorated beautifully with tranquil colors. Basement space and deck added extra relaxation areas. Kitchen was fully equipped to enjoy a meal after a day of visiting local wineries/breweries. Beds were comfortable location is also perfect.... close enough to downtown area but located in a peaceful area with a favorite winery and brewery located 1 mile away. Cant wait to return! '

'The property is a lovely lakefront house with upper and lower porches overlooking dock and lake. The mid-Sept weather was gorgeous; kayaked twice and even managed a (chilly) swim in the lake.
