A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath. This home comes outfitted with one King and two twin beds. We are happy to set up the two twin beds as one bed with a full 2 days notice. This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmer's market are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as studio apartments. At Bayou Bakery, you can taste authentic New Orleans-style beignets from Food Network star Chef David Guas. Within walking distance of Clarendon and just up the hill from Rosslyn and D.C.’s Georgetown, Courthouse also offers unique shopping opportunities. On Saturdays, visitors can stroll through the Arlington Farmers Market and Arlington Urban Village Market for fantastic locally produced foods and a variety of crafts and antiques.
If you are looking for something unique, antique or distinct, the Urban Village Market (located on 15th Street near the Courthouse Metro station) is a good bet. You’ll find jewelry, clothing, vintage magazines and posters, furniture, hand-made crafts and more. Your comfort is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding.

Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to offer Pack & Plays and high chairs for your convenience. These items must be reserved in advance and are available for a $25 rental fee per item.

Pet Policy
Most of our residences are pet friendly and welcome your four-legged companions. While most booking platforms include the pet fee upon reservation, any exclusions will be invoiced at $15 per night for stays up to 30 days and $450 total for stays 31 days or longer. Kindly inform us of any pets joining your stay so we may update your reservation accordingly. We do love furry companions, but we do have some properties that are not pet-friendly. If you’re traveling with a pet please ensure this is a pet-welcoming home. If it is not, we’d be happy to recommend one of our many pet-friendly stays.
