You're also conveniently close to Washington Hospital Center, Children’s National, the VA Hospital, and both Howard and Catholic Universities.

Whether you’re here for work, sightseeing, or a mix of both, this location lets you experience DC like a local—peaceful when you want it, vibrant when you don’t.

You’ll find a wonderful mix of community feel and proximity to downtown DC. Explore the park out back, or take a stroll to nearby restaurants, markets, and cafes that are local favorites.

Getting Around:
Many guests choose to walk, hop on a shared scooter or bike (easily found with apps), or take the bus or metro. If taking metro, the closest stations are Noma or Rhode Island (Red Line) or Shaw/Howard (Green/Yellow Line) [approximately 15 mins away]. If taking the bus, the 80 and G8 are very close. For longer trips, rideshare (Uber/Lyft) is fast and reliable.

Parking Made Simple
We offer an optional zone street parking pass that works for your stay. Just let us know when booking and we’ll send a separate $50 request—it’s that easy.

We’re happy to give you space but are just a message away if you need anything. Please note:
• No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. We have a zero-tolerance policy for this.
• No parties or gatherings over 4 guests.
• Guests must be 21+ unless children are traveling with a parent/guardian.
• This is a peaceful, residential neighborhood—guests are expected to keep noise levels down and respect the space and neighbors.
