Public Transportation to DC: Walk to Columbia pike and S Orme street, that’s a 8-10 minute walk from the house and take bus 16E. That bus takes you straight to DC.

For instance one of the stops is 14th street NW and Pennsylvania Ave NW. That street is only 0.2 miles from White House

Private Custom Movie Theater w/ cloud ceiling & 11 fully reclining seats and premium 13 speaker surround immersive speakers. Operates w/ fire stick connected directly to the projector so you are able to connect and sign into your streaming services. ($50 seperate fee per night to access but only charged if you want the theater)

First Floor:

Living room: large L shaped couch plus a 3 seater blue couch and 2 individual chairs. Plenty of space to sit your family and friends

Kitchen: fully stocked with/ coffee station what includes keurig coffee machine and coffee/ creamers/ sugar. Pots and pans. Plates/cups/ silverware, Bakeware.

Dining Room: 2 dining tables ( 14 seats total),
Plus 6 barstools for up to 20 seats total.

Arcade: Kid size Ping pong table, and basketball game

Bedroom #1: 2 queen beds, walk in closet, full bathroom

Second Floor:

Bedroom #2 ( King Bed): Smart TV, King bed, Walk in Closet, and en suite full bathroom.

Bedroom #3 ( 1 Queen, 1 full): Smart TV, Closet, and Jack & Jill bathroom

Bedroom #4 (2 Pink King size beds): Smart TV, Walk in Closet,Jack and Jill connected to bedroom #3

Bedroom #5 ( Master Bedroom King Bed): Smart Tv, Electric Fireplace, L shaped sofa, Massive Boutique styled Closet w/ makeup table & velvet chair
