We enjoyed an extra long weekend in DC, and this location was great for us. You are very close to the liveliness of Adams Morgan, but you will not hear any noise from the nearby street at night.Grocery store and grug store are just around the corner, very convenient

We had a fantastic stay at a basement apartment in Washington DC, near the Smithsonian Zoo. The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. Fantastic apartment and great location! Josh's apartment is on a quiet street just two blocks from all the great restaurants and shops in Adams Morgan. It's an English basement apartment but is full of light and isn't below ground at all. Windows in every rooms. We loved the outdoor space in the back. Super comfortable beds, great kitchen. We loved it and would definitely return!

Cute place + good location

The place was exactly as described, with everything we needed for our one-week stay. Adams Morgan is a vibrant part of the city, not too far from the Mall, museums, and monuments and the apartment is an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, groceries.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. I traveled with my kids and mom , my pet dog. The location was perfect and accessible to main DC areas for sightseeing. We took stroll to the Adams Morgan neighborhood, lots of good places to eat and very chill vibes The property is very clean and host is helpful with any questions I had. The apartment was clean and bright and spacious. There were 3 adults that stayed in the apartment. 1 in each bedroom and 1 on the pull out couch. 2.5 baths, a lovely little outdoor space and a nice kitchen. The neighborhood was really cute with lots of bars and restaurants and shops. Not far from all the central DC sights. Joah was super helpful and responsive when we had questions. Very nice and clean, neighborhood is adorable. Short walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. There is no street parking near the place, you need to unload then more your car to the parking garage down the street, it’s about a 5 walk. Would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was perfect for our family. My son slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. The host even provided an extra roll of foam for it. We walked to great restaurants and the Metro was a short walk. The street was charming and the neighborhood was walkable. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for family of 3. Having a full bath for each bedroom was great. Host Josh was responsive to questions, and check-in and out were easy. The neighborhood has restaurants and grocery store in easy walking distance. Metro is about a 15 min walk (.7 mi).
