On a modest budget, it is a very well run family type motel, where you are treated as a long awaited cousin…it can benefit from some updating, but it is very clean, with comfortable beds and traditional yet clean bathroom, place. 'It’s a very unique old hotel dating back to 1896. The architecture has not been updated but keeps a funky charm. Reused old wood furniture, old tub with an attached shower. Pub on site. Sauna and garden to relax. A pool table and board games. Fire place in the lounge area. Victoria was awesome. Loved it and would stay there again but not like a modern hotel.'

'Soo cute! I loved the whole vibe of the place. The shared bathrooms weren’t my fav, but we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves the first night. I do wish the rooms had better ventilation, but it’s an older building so they worked with what they had. I definitely would stay again.'
