'Checked in early very easily. The hotel is in a great location close to the centre. '

'Owner was rude before we even got to the property (sent me a video telling me she was fed up of lazy people and came across very aggressive). When we arrived at the property it was in poor condition. There was black mold in the bedrooms, missing paint on the walls which were barely covered by paintings. It said it could sleep 12 people but it barely fit 8 of us. There was a limit on the time we could go into the garden and use the hot tub. Also there was a camera pointed directly at the hottub...

'Straightforward and great value accommodation. Suited the needs of me and my two children for a short visit to Liverpool. The property had everything we needed and the check-in and arrival procedure was clearly explained. The property is a bit away from the city centre, but we knew this at the time of booking and there were different bus options to get to the city centre and plenty of space to park a car if you needed it.'
