We arrived and checked in at approximately 10:00 PM, having paid $180 for the night. ​Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevators were out of service, forcing us to use the stairwells. 'TV did not work, phone didn’t work, room smelled, safety chain lock was pulled out the wall, outlets by bed and bathroom did not work. The manager was curt and wouldn’t make eye contact. It appeared from the men standing in the outside walk way that the majority of the rooms were highway construction workers looking for a cheap room. Across the street stands a Holiday Inn Express which was apparently at full capacity. We will stay there on our trip home.'

'The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep'

'Stepping out of the car there is a strong urine odor in the air, I'm assuming from the truckers that are parked in the lot next door. The room was disgusting and not clean. There are roaches and other bugs crawling around. The non smoking room smelled as if someone had just smoked in it along with various other smells. The bedding and the towels were heavily stained. The walls and the floors were filthy. There was not a clean surface in this room. While checking in late at night the clerk tried...

'My TV didn’t work. The front desk person tried over and over again to get the maintenance guy to fix it. He never showed up. As long as I was there he never even responded.'

'I try not to write reviews, but this one was definitely needed!! No toilet paper One towel when we checked in for 2 guests And… hair…all in the beds! Nasty!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE.'
