After driving 12 hours I wss not in the mood to wait because they had a problem with what I paid on line. I was there to attend a funeral and the only reason why I stayed was because it was booked through a 3rd party and I could only get partial payment back. We went to the local Family dollar and purchased cleaning supplies and were able to make the best of it!'
