'We ate dinner at Waihi Beach, "The Secret Garden", and Breakfast at a Deli, so food is easy to get. The location for "Lazy Daze" is lovely and quiet, clean and lots of room inside, like a full apartment with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Highly recommended.'

'Room was clean but no hot water to clean dishes. There was a strom not shelter when you want to got out to the toilet in the middle of the night . So you come back to bed wet. Shower block was dirty and some ones hair ball every were. Nice place to stay but they need to do a bit more cleaning .'

'Our host Kerry was wonderful! She was in communication with us the day prior to organise a really easy check in. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Nice and close to shops and only a couple of minutes drive to the beach. Perfect for a weekend getaway for 2 ☺️ Thanks so much! '

'The property is very new, warm, comfortable and clean. It has everything you need. It was so nice to be able to bring our 2 well behaved dogs. Only thing is our smaller dog possibly could have escaped through a gap where the wooden gate is on the deck. We brought a crate with us and set it up along the gate/deck so it wasnt a problem. I was able to create some yummy meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A lovely place to stay for a winter getaway.'

'We loved our stay at this home in Waihi Beach and would definitely recommend it to others!! The views were unbeatable, and we really enjoyed the outdoor lounge areas. What a treat to be steps from a basically private beach! We were sad to leave and wish we stayed more than just the one night.'

'The property has a gorgeous view! It was quiet and stayed cool during the warm days. There are great wooded walking paths on the extensive property, offering opportunity to encounter quail as well as a surprise sighting of a pair of rosella. The property manager was very good, sending a welcome email when we arrived for our stay.'
