The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. 'Booked and paid for a double room 5 weeks in advance. At check-in, after waiting for staff to check multiple rooms it was discovered there were no double rooms available. I was then told I would be given a single with a roll away cot….but after more waiting, we found out there were no cots available. The desk person finally called the manager, who said the best they could do for me was 50% off of a second room. What a deal! 50% off of a room I should not have to pay for in the first place....

'There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.'
