'Clean spacious bedroom with a large bathroom. The AC was great and kept the room comfortable. The Gym was okay. I just used 1 of the treadmills. It had 4 pieces of equipment. The Staff was great and the location was perfectly in the city of Richmond '

Then front desk proceeded to knock on my door several times threatening to call the cops if I’m not checked out of the room in 15 min. 'The gym was ok, there were no free weights and it could use a good cleaning. There were no towels available and I don't think a staff member has been in there for a long time. The staff member at the front desk was not very personable. I booked the room in part because the hotel has a pool but when I arrived they told me it wasn't open. I wish I had known that beforehand, that information should be advertised. '

'I really don’t know what people are complaining about. It’s an older building, but the room was updated and very clean (see photos). The bad was comfortable. The man at check-in was polite. Breakfast was minimal, but fine (as described, anyway). I would stay here again. '

Booked with breakfast, no breakfast only coffee lighter than tea. Bad smell and very old ac. Never Super 8 for me again because of this experience. Total rip off, no refund, don't book!'
