'Just stunning'

'The iron was broken, called the front desk and they got me a replacement right away. However, after returning to my room from an event (around 8:30pm) the rug was soaking wet. I called the front desk, was told I would get moved into a new room within 15 min. That did not happen as when I called back they did not have an open room that was the type I had booked. Finally around 10pm I was put in a proper room. The front desk receptionist did her best to help but as she could not get in contact...

'Clean large room and indeed a quirky place, but also very sterile. Not warm and'

'Good location. Across from Tobacco Company. Parking is challenging. Restaurant has an amazing breakfast, but the lunch is weak.'

'The room was great, the breakfast fine but the most helpful thing was the check-in staff fellow who gave us great info on where to eat that evening and how to get to it. He bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. Great southern hospitality.'

'The worst Hilton property I have ever stayed on. The entry door would not close on its. In order to close it I had left up in the door handle with my had and shoulder and force it closed. The bathroom door would remain open on its own. I have to shove two magazines between the door and the door jam to keep it open. The lights in the bedroom almost nonexistent. The food at the connecting restaurant was horrible.'

'Everything was great !!'

'Handige locatie, prima kamer voor de prijs'

'TV didn’t work, staff wasn’t helpful. It didn’t work throughout the stay. Staff made not much effort to fix or offer options. Just said we called TV company and “they will do what they can”. Nothing was done.'

'This was a really great place to stay for a quick trip to Richmond. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly, and there was plenty of parking on site (although you did have to pay a small daily parking fee which was unexpected). The buffet breakfast was well done, and coffee was always available in the lobby. Rooms were clean and quiet. Located in Henrico suburbs, between Short Pump and Richmond City, but very easy access to I64/I95. Would definitely recommend if you have a car.'
