'Really small apartment, you can hear everything from the other apartments. I could hear the toilet flash just over my head when I was trying to sleep in the bedroom. No air conditioning, it was really hot inside.

'The woman in the front office was very kind and friendly. She even gave us an upgrade to a larger room at no extra charge. She was flexible and let us check in early.
The room itself was spotless and everything worked. It had a complete kitchen with everything we needed to cook several meals. The bathroom even had a bidet attachment which is often unavailable when travelling.
The hotel's windows had stunning views of the lake. The grounds are beautiful and there is even a pool and area...

'I booked a dome with my family, including my pregnant wife, thinking it was a family friendly place as stated by expedia, however due to the poor design of the steps my wife fell off, since the steps are literally rounded at the edges. When comunicated to the lady that received us, she showed no signs of worry about the situation. I think the place is not family friendly, because of the aforemention fact and also the dome we stayed in hardly had protections agains falls. Also, since we went in...

'Faltou ducha higiênica nos banheiros. O Frigobar estava trancado.
