Best for location, From the hotel you are close to all restaurants and amenities, good price, a bit small but everything in Venice is small and narrow.
Somehow from the description and photo( not said in description), leaves you with impression the room is got a balcony or a small deck, but there is none, its just a small patio on the ground floor with tables and chairs really good for morning coffee drinkers or smokers.
The hotel gives you instructions before arrival how to find them and to get there, which is very helpful.
Overall the hotel did the job for us, thank you,
