On the ground floor, you will find a first air-conditioned bedroom with dressing room, as well as an independent bathroom. The modern kitchen opens onto a bright living room, offering a convivial space to share meals and relaxing moments. Please note that there is no dishwasher. Large bay windows lead directly to the private pool and outdoor area.

Upstairs, the villa offers two additional bedrooms, all air-conditioned and each with its own dressing room. You will also enjoy a superb and refined master suite, complete with dressing room and an exceptional bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, and double washbasin.
