'I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. 'This was a beautiful flat, very well decorated and very clean. In person, it’s much better than the photos. The location was excellent with it being right in the Medina . There are a lot of stairs so we arranged for porters to help get luggage up and down a winding staircase. The apartment has lots of space for lounging around and lots of bathrooms to serve a larger group. 'Beautiful property with large, well-maintained rooms and kitchen. Sager, the property Manager, was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Despite being opposite the main beach, a 1-minute walk led to a private beach where I caught a stunning sunset. Highly recommend!'
