'The staff is very friendly an helpfull; breakfast wonderfull and the location super; this was the 3rd time in a year I stayed at Hotel Smeraldo and will definitely come back.'

'The hotel did not disappoint. Glad we chose a room with a balcony. There are only 8 rooms and the staff was super attentive. The location was amazing and super glad we spent 3 nights in Rome at the end of our trip. Thanks!!!'

'Fantastic location, very comfortable room and, what we particularly appreciated, really friendly and helpful service from all of the staff. Would recommend. '

'Heb zelden zo’n behulpzame receptie geweten. Perfect gelegen, redelijk ruime kamers en proper. Prijs/kwaliteit meer dan in orde.'

'Schone kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, perfecte ligging'

'We really liked our stay here! The hotel is really pretty (as in the pictures) and the view from the rooftop terrace is fantastic! If I would have to name one “less good” thing, it would be that the bed was quite small, but cosy ;). The staff was extremely friendly. '

'Great location. I loved the Pantheon view! When you close the window, you don’t hear the noise from the square. The bed and pillow were confortable, and the airco worked properly. The room was quite small but efficiently structured and very clean; good for a short stay. It had a safe and a small fridge, and I liked that there were slippers available. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. '

'Aardig/goed personeel. Prima ontbijt. Een douche in bad niet zo handig'
