Best of all, you're just a two-minute stroll from the beach, making it effortless to head down for morning walks, afternoons by the water, or one of Ventura's incredible coastal sunsets.

The location is what makes this home truly special. With the beach practically at the end of the lane, there's no need to load up the car for a day by the ocean. Grab your beach towels and stroll to the sand in minutes. When you're ready for something to eat, Seaward Avenue is also within walking distance, with local favorites ranging from seafood and sushi to Italian, Thai, casual pubs, and dessert spots. Marina Park, neighborhood shops, coffee, and everyday conveniences are nearby as well.

Inside, the home has a bright, welcoming coastal feel with an open floor plan, high beamed ceilings, and plenty of natural light. The main living room centers around a cozy gas fireplace and flows directly into the kitchen, creating an inviting space for everyone to gather after a day at the beach.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and a Wolf gas range, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before heading to the sand to dinner at home with the family.

The primary suite features a Queen bed, vaulted ceiling, skylight, private bathroom, and French doors opening directly to the backyard patio. The second bedroom is ideal for younger guests or families, with a bunk bed and additional trundle bed, plus its own adjoining bathroom.

A spacious loft-style bedroom provides another comfortable gathering area and includes a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Two sets of French doors open directly to the secluded backyard, creating a wonderful indoor-outdoor flow and bringing Ventura's beautiful coastal weather into the home.

Outside, the private backyard feels like a hidden retreat. Lush landscaping surrounds a stone patio with a teak outdoor dining table and BBQ, giving you a peaceful place for meals and evenings outside. There's even a large private hot-water outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the incredibly short walk home from the beach.

When you're ready to explore farther, bike or drive to Ventura Pier, Downtown Ventura, or Ventura Harbor Village for restaurants, shopping, kayaking, fishing, whale-watching cruises, and excursions to Channel Islands National Park. Santa Barbara, Ojai, Malibu, and other Southern California destinations also make for easy day trips.

THINGS TO KNOW:
-Third Bedroom is a Loft Style with fold out sofa bed

-For those who enjoy exploring, Ventura Harbor is within reach and serves as a gateway to the Channel Islands National Park, where hiking, kayaking, and wildlife encounters await.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
