Staff were kind and very helpful for the most part. Hotel itself is very out of date in terms of ā€œamenitiesā€. The AC is our room was also broken: told reception about it and they told us they would be up in 20 minutesā€¦ and hour and a half later (late at night that we kept waiting up for him) he came up to tell us he was only reception, confirmed it was broken, said he couldnā€™t do anything, and asked if it was old to leave. Property feels unsafe as you have to leave your key at the front desk. My dad took the key, left it with them and went for a walk while I stayed back in the room. A member of staff, in that time, knowing the room was ā€œemptyā€ entered the room without waiting to see if there was any answer - no apology either; they just left. Iā€™m not naive enough to think that all hotels donā€™t have access to your room at any time. But itā€™s the way they are always aware of whether you are in the building or not that makes it feels unsafe. As for the condition of the property. Our room was filthy. There was hair on the bathroom wall (not ours), urine on the toilet seat (not ours) and just a general disgust when it came to the state of the bathroom. The bedroom was not much better with stains on the walls, horribly itchy blankets, and a TV about the size of my phone. The beds are not comfortable at all, you can feel the springs through the mattress. If you are looking for a place to put your head, it can do that. Easy to take public transit to Venice.

Wir haben zwei NƤchte im Club Hotel Ć¼bernachten, das sehr gut an die ƶffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden ist, 15 Minuten mit dem Bus vom Busbahnhof Venedig entfernt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich, aber die Einrichtung sieht wie ein Gasthaus aus und ist renovierungsbedĆ¼rftig.

Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas joindre de photo que j'ai prise, dans la SDB il y a une lampe qui pend tout les supports pour serviette son cassĆ© et le pommeau de douche vraiment pas terrible. Dans la chambre les bas des murs et plainte son trĆØs salle et puis le bouton du chauffage qui pend. Je ne vois pas pourquoi un hĆ“tel comme Ƨa a 3 Ć©toiles, Ć  Ć©vitĆ©.

Pros: -You literally cannot beat the price. (31ā‚¬ for 1 night) -Good amount of space in the room. (108) -Comfy beds. -Thermostat vent did the job to heat up the room nicely during winter. -Private bathroom. -Clean -Friendly staff that speaks English. -Right next to a bus stop that takes you both to the main Venezia Islands, as well as Mestre downtown. -Decently close to stores and restaurants. Cons: -Staff does not speak Italian, in Italy. -Have to walk 2 blocks north, outside, very early in the morning, to an entirely different hotel, to get to the breakfast buffet. -Low quality power outlets (My phone charger did not fit properly) -Very low amount of shampoo and soap provided (for 1 night) -Shower is slightly cramped, and the water does not drain quick enough, you cannot have it open for a long period of time, otherwise it'll overflow and leak into the bathroom floor. Overall: Solid hotel very well deserving of it's 3* grading. Highly recommend if you want to visit Venezia and you're on a budget. Absolutely worth the price. No major complaints, only nitpicks.

We were happy with this hotel given the reasonable price charged. We had to wait for a rather long time for someone to appear at the reception when we arrived, though. Also the bed was somewhat firm for our liking.

dated and worn hotel but very helpful staff
The hotel is a bit ragged, and a bit out of the centre of Mestre. The beds were old and mattresses very worn. The two people we interacted on the front desk went out of their way to be helpful and pleasant with us. the courtyard with the trees was a very pleasant place to relax. the hotel was clean, very basic services

Este hotel no estĆ” a 1 km de la estaciĆ³n del tren, estĆ” a casi 3 km, hay que tomar dos transportes y despuĆ©s de las 10 de la noche ya no hay transporte . El primer dĆ­a pedimos boletos de autobĆŗs y nos dijeron que se podĆ­a pagar en el bus, subimos y se acercĆ³ un uniformado, creĆ­mos era el controlador y no, eran de la policĆ­a y nos cobraron una multa de 50 euros . Por mĆ”s que explicamos, nos rodearon cinco policĆ­as y nos obligaron a pagar . Fueron muy groseros , se nota que estĆ”n desesperados por dinero . Al dĆ­a siguiente compramos boletos de bus en el hotel y los venden al doble . Son unos abusivos, tuvimos que comprar para que no nos pongan otra multa. El hotel muy alejado, no los recomiendo, los que atienden solo hablan a medias el inglĆ©s y no dan buena informaciĆ³n , cuando se enteraron de la multa se empezaron a reĆ­r.
