'The apartment was within walking distance of a lot that my group and I wanted to see, like the Louvre for example. Easy access to bus stops / train stations as well. The apartment has lots of windows so it helped to keep cool. The staff were super responsive and responded quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to paris.'

Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'

In the host’s initial check-in guidelines, it explicitly stated that check-in was not available until 3 p.m., but separately listed the key pickup hours as 7 a.m.–9 p.m. I arrived in Paris early expecting to pick up my keys based on those instructions. When I arrived, I entered the provided code multiple times, but it did not work. There was also no luggage storage available, leaving me with a large suitcase and nowhere to leave it....
