'Sam is absolutely amazing, the place is gorgeous and everything was spotless , quite roomy , you’ll have everything you need other than your own stuff , the view is everything ,so stunning, the building itself and the people are so beautiful and nice , I definitely recommend this place it is well worth it and some, I will definitely be back'

'Amazing location in very close proximity to restaurants and a short Uber to old San Juan. We were greeted at the condo and given a tour which was helpful. We were not requested to clean the whole place like a most rentals. We did wash the towels, dishes, collected trash up for them but check out was an easy process.There were chairs and an umbrella for the beach so no need to rent. 'Highly recommend! Gracious host, easy check in, clean and comfortable condo. Perfect size one bedroom condo for a couple or small family. Very close to airport, restaurants and a grocery store. We used uber for transportation around town. There is a mini market in the condo complex also. The complex of 2 towers is a mix of full time residential and some short term rentals. 'I must say, my experience at this property was far from what was advertised. The pictures presented online are deceiving; the reality is that it's old, dated, and far from well-maintained. The AC was non-functional, leaving us to endure uncomfortable temperatures throughout our stay. Additionally, the fridge had a tendency to spill, adding to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. The overall condition of the property was subpar, with signs of age and neglect evident in every corner....

'Great location and very walkable to the grocery store, restaurants and the beach. There is not a lot of soundproofing so be prepared to hear everything your neighbors are doing, which during my 2 week stay was not bad as in I wouldn’t stay here again. The property manager was very responsive and the apartment was as the pictures showed. '

'On the positive side, The place is big, comfy beds, close to restaurants, grocery and a 1 mins walk to the beach. The second and third bedroom have no dressers and no place for luggage. You are living out of your suitcase. There where no forks, broken coffee machine no hand towel or tea towels, but they quickly corrected these issues.
