'Very nice staff'

'We arrived for our check in and the room was open. The door was unlocked… this is concerning as it was on the other side of the property. While we were unpacking a staff member used their master key and just walked in. Asked us a bunch of questions like who were we and why were we there? Then left only to come in again with the master key to educate us on how to use the deadbolt. Hot water was pretty weak and the bathroom was a tiny cell. 'Beautiful heritage building, heated bathroom flooring, excellent view, great staff interactions, right down to the maintenance/laundry crew. Robes, cookies and san pellegrino were a nice touch. The location can't be beat for walkable downtown access. Comfy beds, chromecasts in all rooms. '

'Hallways were smelly and the first room was stinky so we asked to move. 2nd room was better but we had to open windows to freshen up room. We also found hair on the bathroom floor. Found the price very high for what we got '
