A independent entrance bedroom with private washroom close to YVR in Richmond

The suite is on second floor of a single house. After you park on the driveway behind the single house, you will see the stairs on the right. You can get through the stairs in the backyard and use the code to enter the suite by yourself.

The suite has a private full bathroom. There are Wi-Fi ,a small fridge, microwave ,desk ,chairs, all channels TV, electric fan kettle, coffee maker and towels,slippers in the suite. If you need to use wash machine and dryer or kitchen, please ask me to arrange time in advance.

There are actually two similar suite connected together by a small hallway. They are usually booked separately by one bedroom with a washroom, but can be booked as a larger suite with two bedrooms and two washrooms, just that the price will be double. In order to book them together, you must contact the host to check the availability.

There are local mall just a seven-minute walk where there are a supermarket, reastaurant, pizza,coffee shop, Gym.

you can take a 403 bus within a five-minute walk ,and several stops to the nearest skytrain,

It's a ten-minute drive from the suite to YVR, about twenty-minute to Ferry or downtown

We guarantee that bed sheets, towels, slippers, etc. are changed for each guest and all have been disinfected including slippers.
