'Communication with the host was simple and she was accessible. The basic amenities were readily available and we did not have to rush to go to the supermarket when we arrived. The place is spacious, clean and neighbourhood very quiet.'

'We were in town to visit family over Christmas and this property was perfect. The location and spacious rooms made it a perfect stay - very clean and super fast responses from owner. We’ll book again next time we’re in town for sure.'

'Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again.'

'The house was spacious, clean, and well maintained. The host kindly provided water, a few snacks, and an array of board games for our family to enjoy. Our rooms were comfortable and we didn't have any issues. There was plenty of space for the five of us (4 adults and one teenager).The check-in and check-out instructions were pretty simple and didn't take long to complete. "Great hotel, though it seems a bit dated. The pool was fantastic. Breakfast was also good. The only thing we missed was the lack of stairs; we personally found it less convenient to rely on the elevator. Plenty of food, drink, and shopping options are available nearby. Within a 30 minute drive you will be at the beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Lots of parking space."
