'The hotel can not be reached by car(Uber) as they have to stop as the end of the road it’s a pedestrian road, so you have to take your cases down the end of the road which was fine for us but if you are less mobile this hotel would not be good for you as it has no lift. The benefits outweigh the positives , great views from rooftop bar and restaurant; very clean and staff friendly. I would suggest you use Uber , it’s easy and a lot cheaper than the hotel booking you a taxis to the cruise port. '

'Location is amazing! Right in the heart of the greatest parts of Valparaiso. The hotel is very simple, but just what I needed for the few days I stayed there. It's a safe hotel because someone is always around at the front door. You do need to often ring the doorbell to get in, but the owner comes to get you very quickly. He is also so helpful and will guide you wherever you need to go in the city. Recommend to the solo traveler!'
