' Very fun concept for a hotel! The room was spacious and had all essential amenities. We very much appreciated the hotel arranging wine tours for our stay in the area and a transfer to the airport. The food at the hotel restaurant was too notch. Do be aware that the hotel is at the top of a hill. This gives a great view, but can be challenging to get to on foot. '

'The Hotel was delightful and the staff very accommodating. The Hotel restaurant breakfast was extraordinary. We forgot our passports in the room safe and the hotel staff went above and beyond with handling the logistical challenges of delivering our passports before boarding the plane. Very appreciative!!!! '

'An older Italian-style hotel in an attractive part of Valparaiso. Spread out over 4 floors (against a hill) you will like this hotel if you love 'characteristic', somewhat quaint hotels. If you are looking for modern comforts, you may be disappointed. Take a room with a seaside view. Many bars and restaurants in the area.'

'Erg goed en modern hotel, uitstekend bijgehouden, uitgebreid ontbijt, chique zonder duur te zijn. Uitstekende ligging midden in oude centrum op loopafstand van bars en restaurants. Doodstil snachts.aan te raden Is uitzicht op zee, anders kijk je naar de overkant van de straat.'

'Very nice room. You can hear the traffic quite a bit, which is due to the cobblestone streets.
The terrace with the views of the city are priceless. The hotel is situated basically in the middle of everything that’s interesting.
The staff are wonderful. They do go out of their way to be helpful. '
