'This was an excellent stay in a nicely appointed condo on the east side. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and the unit was 16 stories up. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the Rosevelt Tram is just up the street. There's a insanely busy Trader Joe's in easy walking distance and plenty of small shops and street vendors. The nearest subway stop (the "E" line) is a bit of a walk, but there are crosstown bus stops on every block and just outside the lobby. The king-size bed was comfy and...

'My family and I had a wonderful time. We had the perfect amount of space for our crew. It was fun having two units, we enjoyed going back and forth to each one. Super clean, communicative hosts, hassle-free. The location simply can't be beat.'

Only if you think this is family friendly: 5 flights of stairs with no elevator and no where to keep a stroller and a room with a crib with no room darkening and no AC and bad WiFi so your camera won’t work… oh and the wonderful soothing smell of weed wafting through the thin walls when you hear the loud music bumping through the night.
